Custom Shaders / Colorblind Options.

Do you think we could get a patch or at least a non-account-threatening way to add our own shaders? Some people wanna push the visuals of LoL to the max while others could be colorblind.

I know it could be done with Wooxy but Riot basically closed off support of that because people ported the new skin models to it.

But it'd be nice for enemy health bars and recalls to be colored maybe purple or orange so that colorblind ( and overkill one-skin players like SG Lulu mains... ) could do so.

And another thing, I love the shader on people when Ornn brittles them. Do you think you could possibly add that effect to let's say, Annie for more clarity + design?
