@Riot Rumble Upgrade (In the far future at least)

Rumble is in a good spot as of right now and I feel the extending his cooldown in the last patch was also necessary. One problem I have noticed with Rumble, (after playing nearly 500 games with him), is that he may go 2/0 vs a Riven, Darius, Cho'gath, Rengar, or Fiora and still lose once level 6 comes around. He can be a lane bully all he wants but against higher elo players, his lead turns to near dust at 6 and later, at least in 1 v 1 situations. His teamfight is still very good and his kit is in a good spot also. One change I would like to see is a damage buff on his ult, say a 10% of the total damage applying instantly to the first person and only the first person that his ult hits. This damage buff may be lower than 10 or higher then 10% but I believe he needs this. At level 6, it's still early in the laning phase and vs all in champs, he gets maybe 2 ticks of his ult on the enemy champ dealing only about ~200 damage before the enemy escapes the AOE.
