I must report him/her for "unskilled player"... So I do. Over and over again. Especially if the last one builds something like this - which they do. EVERY. TIME:

Abusing a champ's synergy with an item is no sin, it is only when the combo is obviously broken and yet you still play it because you're the type who needs to win underhandedly despite having full knowledge on how unfair that is, which is utterly disgraceful.
I always report Fizz players for "negative attitude" because picking Fizz is actually more negative than flaming in chat (at least I can mute flamer). I also report emote spammers for "spamming" because that is really spamming
