Buff idea for Hecarim: Let his healing cap from minions/monsters scale with level, not rank
Hecarim's sustainability in jungle is always problematic, and leveling his W to improve said sustain is not wise. This leaves him always coming out damaged when he goes creeping.
To address that, it'd be nice if the cap for Hecarim's W healing could be based on his level, not W's rank. 5 health cap increments wouldn't be too outrageous.
