Ironically you left out Jinx.
Theoretically, jinx is the best adc. But I have not had troubles with a jinx (nor a vayne since her minor nerf). But each adc has specific niche they are good at. Some push, some burst, some combo. It honestly depends on how good your support is and how well you work together. That's all bot lane is.
