Harsh bans? Theres alot of diamond smurfs in newbie normals.

I've seen so much diamond players and platinum players in normal's specifically lower levels before ranked. Can riot fix the fact that we have a lot of players who got permanently banned and make new accounts? Its like impossible to play because i'm always placed with plastic 10, even though i tell them what to do, they keep on trolling. I told them gank my lane because veigar's hp is low, my jungler decided to dive in top tower with no one here. He decided as shaco to go into the tower and attack ashe even though she has ult. I can't play this game because its so hard to tell your teammates to do something, and they wont even do it.

I wanna make the game better by banning people less. If we were to ban a thousand challengers, we would have 1000 challengers in normal games, and it would have a huge skill gap between noob players, and pro players. In fact its basically impossible to play without encountering smurfs in normal games.
