Suggestion: Add Team Builder into Blind Pick

I've been playing on an alternative account (you know, making a new one, and playing it with new players whom are friends) and I've been reminded of how terrible blind pick is done in champ select. I'm sorry, but there's a lot of issues with it. The constant conflict with players bickering for a 'role'. But here's my suggestion, why not add Team Builder in Blind Pick? Have it similar to Draft, but have it for only one role, like 'top' and then queue up, and have that as their primary, just remove the draft banning phase and such.

Just an overall suggestion, I feel this'll remove a lot of toxicity in blind pick, and less chances of trolling.
