Mission Possibilities?

Curious if Riot has plans to implement more missions/not event related missions to the game at some point? Something along the lines of feats of strength like get X amount of kills X amount of assists and offer portraits/wards/even just BE for a certain tier of missions I.E (Get 1000 kills/5000/10000) and so on for the various stats even Gold earned. I feel like it would honestly be really fun to have goals/achievements for things like that. Thoughts anyone?
