flexqueue placements, and the "riot fix"

So,we all know flexqueue placements were totally screwed. and then they "fixed" them, and screwed them more.

I even opened a ticket about how broken they were, but got a party line of, "(it's just setting things to your real mmr)". So i got stuck with my re-re-placement of b4.

But if that's my "real mmr", then HOW COME I GET MATCHED WITH SILVERS AND GOLDS?? as in, 7 silvers and 2 golds, or more golds?! CMON RIOT, THIS IS GARBAGE!!! If I get matched with those, then CLEARLY, the placements were CRAP.
