BUGSPLATTING = ENDING YOUR SERIES ( WHAT IS THIS RIOT)

Hello ! Can anyone explain me why in the fuck's name does Riot end your series if you bugsplat in the loading queue ? I reinstalled the game THREE times and my game bugsplats once every 2-3 games. That alone is really annoying. But now apparently, not only will the game crash for no reason ALL THE TIME, i also apparently have to suffer a 20 LP loss + an ending of my series because THEIR GAME crashes ? Seriously ? Punishing the player because you guys can't keep your game up to date ? I have played league for over 4 years now and I honestly can't believe how little of a shit they give about their fan base ... This is sad and I expect Riot to take actions to help accounts who keep crashing. What about you make less harsh punishements? That could be a start don't you fucking think for fuck's sakes ?? Well then, i'm off gaining back the LP riot removed me + getting back in my series and hopefully win. Unless i bugsplat again in which case i'll be back to square one XDDDDD
