Please fix your game

I can barely ever play this game anymore, and not for lack of trying. Every time in the last week that I've tried to login, there has been one issue or another. Today it was "Connection Error", before that the patcher was stuck at 33% and "calculating differences". You guys run the biggest game in the world and you can't even keep it running.
