A few CRUCIAL changes I would like to see.

Let me start off by saying I am pretty new to the game and have just started playing ranked. I recently had a ranked game with a complete troll who fed, ignored teammates, and completely ruined our game. I thought ranked was supposed to be where people tried and played competitively. The inability to surrender till 20 mins in made me frustrated. The fact the only thing I could do was report and move on is frustrating. And the fact that my teammates and I are the ones punished for it are incredibly frustrating.

I feel like the above video makes a lot of great points and I would like to see riot take some action sooner rather than later. I love this game and would like to keep playing but a few more games like the one I'm describing would completely ruin it for me. Thanks for reading!
