I have encountered this Visual Bug twice now, It looks like the Jungle plant that gives vision is alive, and you are able to click it. However it has already been used... It also appears alive on the map.

I see it almost every game.
Yup. Almost every game. My wife sees it almost every game on her computer also. Real bad bug. My wife is a jg main and I am a Supp main. So we both play the vision game a lot and a bug like this has real effect on game play for both of us. If I see that plant up and I am in the area, I almost always go try to use it. And if it isn't really there, that means that I wasted several seconds travelling to it and am now out of position for other things I would have preferred to be doing if it was not there. Come on RITO.
