Revert the queue's

Seriously you're not stopping any AFK's. I've been in queue for 15 fucking minutes now and it's going to take at least another 10 just to get through the shitty champ pick / ban process, and that's only if someone doesn't forget to pick because they're alt-tabbed and the system offers no notification until you have 10 seconds left to panic pick.
