level 30 players playing like level 15

first off i am not a good player i've gotten worst every time i rage uninstalled the game after dealing with 10-20 matches of constant players in wrong leagues, the players on my team or enemy team play like half of their actual level. yes a lv.30 playing like a lv.15

so it doesn't feel like i won a game when i win a game, there is no excitement

the game has been very boring and unpleasant with players that don't belong in lv.30s (thanks to the exp requirements being reduced, totally uncalled for.. i noticed that people argued that lowering exp to lv.30 didn't change anything but back when the exp requirements were higher, i've not run into this issue as much as i do now.) another reason is obviously because they were carried by better players on their team so they couldn't improve.

i doubt anything will be done about this issue, normal drafts require a tier system to seperate the bad lv.30s with the good lv.30s so players can eventually avoid the wooden tier players.

every game is ruined by 4-5 people that don't seem to be in the right league. majority of my wins and losses are due to these players having no idea what to with their build or skills, come on at level 30 we should atleast know the basics..

so many of my friends have quit and i also quit because of the same reason numerous times.. it doesn't seem like the same game anymore...

i understand normal draft is just a normal mode, but that doesn't mean we can't suffer from it. you can't even avoid it by going to ranked as you know people like this exist in ranked as well thanks to the people who provide elo climbing service (should be illegal to pay people to increase your elo same thing goes for people that create smurfs to sell them after reaching a certain tier. no offense but this ruins the game for others because you're giving a bronze elo player access to higher elos when they don't belong their with their current skill level.)

literally forced to play bot games because people that should be playing in bot games are ruining both normal and ranked drafts. im fine with blind pick since i don't play that mode.

i miss the old league of legends where matches felt fair, those were the good times where you actually got outplayed by a player or people of similar skill level.

it's far less stressful playing heroes of the storm because you can actually win with newer players that listen to you, i was surprised that they could actually read and some like to call the shots.

(i also like not having to cs as much as other mobas XD) i am a bit hesistant to try dota 2, i was never a fan of their heroes and warcraft.
