Still no towers buffs on the PBE
I fail to see how an ADC and a support, both level 6, taking tower at 11 minutes with 3 minions and one cannon is good for this game in any way possible
this season blows

They already said they don't like making major changes until pre season or mid season, last year turrets weren't buffed until mid season. But I will agree they are in some desperate need of buffs.
