How to fix early game kayn

Kayn has an exta 55 dmg he dose to minions with his q just give his q 55 more dmg or a 25/25 on the dash an spin of his q, And give early kayn extra resistances like +10 armor +15 mr untell he picks a form bc he is a snow ball champ with a bad early game those things are like trying to get ice from the oven all kayn can do is like 20-30% a champs hp early b4 his 9 sec cd on his ability's come up and he's toast alone, so he needs an early buff to get things rolling or at least help him stay alive (also i could see a small nerf on his e heal its kinda strong but also not late game its nothing much early you cant survive a jungle rotation without it
