That 95% of the viable mid lanes have some way to give/restore mana? If they even HAVE mana. Hmm....

95% might be a little high.
Though, you're saying 'viable mids' so If you mean that poor mana sustain results in not being viable, then 95% is likely close. As Ahri would be the exception.
But i wouldn't discount Viktor, Morgana, Lux, Ziggz, and maybe a few others, as Viable mids without Mana sustain/return mechanics.
