Small Vel'koz QoL change

I know VK is getting an update (I don't play him much, so I don't know if he really needs it or not) but this thread is not about that.

I just want to point out that his ult feels a little clunky when pointing it up/down (again, I don't play him much) especially with locked camera. I think it would be really cool and fitting to use the zoomed out camera mode that Jhin will have for his ult, or the camera mode used in Sion's ult. Thanks for reading my post :)
