Thornmail's getting turned into a component item

While this is all well and good - when its only upgrade loses the reflect damage portion of its passive, that's not good.

I mean, _upgrading _ it _reduces _ the damage reflect?

I'd get it if they reworked Thornmail's passive to remove the damage reflect in it's entirety, but this is a mixed message.
