Kha'Zix Ult (R) Changes - NOT MY IDEA - WANTED TO BRING IT TO THE LOLBOARDS

Hey everyone, DISCALIMER FIRST, this is NOT MY SUB-REDDIT but i felt that the idea for Kha'Zixes R was too good to not bring to the boards and hopefully get some Red attention.

So, I REALLY like the idea of Kha'Zix using hit ult as "charges" as opposed having 2 times to use it every so often, this way you have more versatile ways of using your ult because often you will only use it once to pounce on your prey and end up not using the second charge but this method of having charges would allow you to use one with out the worries of knowing that in 10s you couldn't use it since the entire spell went on CD.

And if you evolved it, perhaps you could hold twice as many charges? So instead of 3 you could hold a maximum of 4 charges?
