want to report me for asking him why he is trolling?

an olaf. going 0/3 in 3 min. then going and trying to fight an 10 kills ig with his mid laner solo. when he is 0/5 by that point. and our top laner. 0/8 trying to 2v1 top laner and fed ig when he can pass it . not looking at pinges (ignoring all pings) and saying gg i gave up after 3 deaths. 2 trollers. want to report me for asking why trolling why not try until the end? is this reportable? (on another account)
