What Champion Areas Are Missing?

We've had a lot of different champions released recently, with Azir, Braum, and Gnar being the main ones. Part of the reason Braum was added was that there wasn't a straight tanky support in the game. Gnar's passive was unique, being the only transformation uncontrollable, and Azir seems to fill a pretty important gap in the champion pool.

SO.

What champions are we missing? Is there an undying need for a super fast champ? Do we need an amazing melee mid laner? How about a ap burst jungler?

I realize that most of these areas are achieved by builds and skillful planning, but this discussion is more for skill sets. With that, I put it up to all of you. What areas do we need filled?

Welll, now that they've removed Cassiopeia we could use a DPS mage.

Honestly I've been kind of thinking of that champ that is all about speed. Not like Hecarim where they are stronger with speed, but a sonic the hedghog of league. That champ that makes HG boots look like nothing normal or the Flash of League. That champ that focuses on mobility and damage is not really a thought. The champ that will hit you 10 times, but deal little in terms of damage per hit.

WHen i think of how they would be I think of something that will benefit greatly from on hit affects. Things like item 3071 , item 3115 are premiere and amazing. They aren't tanky and they don't have a high overall damage. Their AS would start at almost a 1 - 1.5 attacks per second, but have about half the AD.

I don't know if this mechanic would work for League, but it'd be nice if we could work a way to have a champion that reflects spells.

Imagine throwing Veigar's Primordial Burst back at him. Something similar to Sivir's spellshield that only works against one ability and the first ability that hits is reflected at the target (locked if it's a on-click spell like Veigar's or in the same direction for something like Syndra's E).

We have Thornmail and Rammus but there isn't any item or champion that reflects magic damage.

One thing I would like is since they removed it from soraka a support who helps with mana sustain. She would only fill a niche role probably but I think the players at lower elo who chose champs like Ez or Lucian who use their abilities a lot would just love a champion to help them have infinite mana temporarily at least. Other than that how about a champ which steals mana it might take a lot of programming but would be interesting

As a Leona main, I'm shocked and appalled. >:(

I'd say someone who uses a fan. we don't have one of those anymore ever since they redid karma.

Or maybe more ap junglers.

I'd also like to see an old lady champion :)

Multi controllable pet champion. Summons 1 extra pet per rank per skill, controllable by reactivating skill or alt-right-clicking. =D

Champ wouldn't attack, they would. They would also have actives. And take lots of mana...so they don't get too strong (since they scale dmg off AP...and I mean drain lots and lots and lots of mana).

A true martial arts champion. Lee Sin, is cool that his autos are martial arts moves but his kit doenst really show that off.

Imagine a champ that is PURELY melee. maybe something with chi ifusing?

Also an Avatar character would be cool, 1 move for water, 1 for fire, 1 for earth and 1 for wind
