Champion List in Dynamic Que Please

Hello, I am just one of many who are displeased with certain parts of the Dynamic Que, specifically the lack of a Champion List outside of your Ban/Pick time. I as well as other players would like to be able to see what champions they have available for their role. This is particularly important for people who don't own every champion and would like to set up a trade in a Ranked Que. This is helpful in all cases, like when the champion you were going to play gets banned and you need to pick a new champion to play. Some people can instantly pick a new champion, but not everyone can. I can not see this being to hard to add into the game, just put it where you put the tab when you finish selecting your champion.
