Carrying as kench

So I just went up against a almost full ad team of

And it was terrible, our lost top lane HARD, she went for a full defensive items and still gets repeatedly one shot by the enemy We had absolutely no mid-late game because the enemy team was stacking s and our team was doing no damage.

In the end i opted out of building support items and tried to carry as kench, roamed and got a few kills since all of my lanes were losing hard....the enemy zed then says that kench is overpowered for being able to duel him after he didnt even try to kite me or bother using ult? so wtf? an ap support has better cc then kench, an ap support does more dmg and kills people way faster...an ap support usually doesnt get hurt in the process...so why is he crying about dieing to a kench without kiting him? ... in the end we lost and the entire enemy team jumps the bandwagon saying that kench is overpowered and that im retarded for thinking that kench has sub par cc ...

was i supposed to do something different? I did roam the map alot with my ult and i did countersnowball myself but our team wouldnt group whenever i caught an enemy out and kept them stunlocked..then they had help come despite being in our jungle :/
