The boards must never forget, League of Legends is a product first and a game second

The biggest mistake this community is guilty of is thinking Riot is dumb. They're not. They have reasons for everything they do.

Random buffs no one asked for that make no sense? A skin is being released.

Random nerfs on champions that are not a problem in any way? A new champion intended for that role is coming out soon.

This knowledge won't make you any happier about the game but at least it will help prevent you from sinking pointless hours into ideas that will make the game actually balanced with lots of champion diversity. That isn't their goal and it's not your company so it's completely out of your hands.

Maybe when something open source comes along this kind of input will be useful and appreciated but until then save your energy for something that will actually go somewhere and benefit you. It's kind of shady that Riot isn't transparent about these motivations and allows people to think otherwise but what can you really expect of them. That would be like Socrates dying for his principles level of integrity.
