Riot can you make this item worth building?

So here is my idea.

Stats stay the same.

Activate: Enemy turrets Same.

Activate: Allied Turrets become Immune to damage for 3s and fire a beam like old Nexus Turrets use to fire for the duration. Can not use on the same turret for 8s.
