Zoe should be reworked

Into a mobile kite mage, rather then a burst mage, it honestly feels like it would be more appropriate to her design, even her voice lines feel like she should be more mobile then she currently is, on top of this, her design is kinda unhealthy atm....and it makes her very feast or famine orientated
