New purpose of Ahri's W?

Shift movement speed buff from Q on cast to W on champion hit, and scale the amount with ability levels. That way you removing lane safety because Ahri needs to max her Q for waveclear and damage, but keeping her mobile nature later on into the game. Because it's ability with short range, Ahri dont get access to free escapes just spamming Q then in danger. It's not granting Ahri safety, but rather in combat mobility.
