Lower priority que after 1 game AFK

So my ISP just gave out and I was AFK for 18 minutes, after the game I got an instant lower priority que notification?

So I have played over 6000 games in my league career and may have been AFK in about 20-30 games. This season that amount is 1, just this single game, yet after 1 game of disconnect by ISP I get a lower priority que? Just please tell me what the actual f*ck that is about?
