Annie both as a sup and an apc/ not much as an apc why Tibbers bias stun take away the fact that Tibbers can stun you is how you could balance her out, otherwise it's like a guaranteed kill which is kind of bias. Some argue well she has to land Tibbers, okay fine fine, everyone knows this but you play Annie 5 maybe 6 games let's see how many times you miss Tibbers once in a blue moon, ntm using it stunning the entire team is kind of bias and ridiculous, almost always 4 out 5 games when going against Annie we lose, guaranteed because she just wipes an entire team out yes build MR against her which I agree you should always do if Annie gets out of control but why do you think so much people like playing as her? Don't say because of her kit which kind of sucks, it's because her ult which does way too much damage to their entire team, that's why, people will always play champions they feel are the most op but at the end will try to argue she's not op you just don't know how to play against her, um I've played against her several more times than I care to admit losing almost all the time, I've read tips on how to beat her but can't do anything if she just keeps wiping my team, the only tips they have is stay from her when she has her stun but her aa as a sup is just wow too much damage for a mage. Please riot consider nerfing her I could understand like I feel are op but I haven't really played enough matches against them to consider that, another champion that people think is op is Teemo now with Teemo it's different he's not just a marksman he's an assassin isn't he supposed to just burst your ass down very fast?????
