Original Urf the manatee flair?

With the new market, Urf the manatee will briefly be for sale. I think Riot should give something to the people who have the original Urf skin, like what they did with Championship Riven and Pax Sivir. I'm dissipointed that riot did nothing, kind of like a double standard ( I don't know if that's the right phrase). What do you think?
