Draven Balance

These are minor changes to Draven that would reflect the removal of his old Bleed passive (which was OP I have to agree). As it stands you removed the OP but kept the tradeoffs of that OP.

  1. Remove the forecast marker where his axe(s) will be landing. With his old DoT passive the need to forcast to other players where his axe will land was the tradeoff of that OP gloriousness. Now that the passive has changed that bulls-eye marker is unnecessary. Draven players will still have to play the mini-game, the opponent just has to also play a guessing game where the axe will land.

  2. Another tradeoff of his old OP passive was his low amount of mana, but high mana usage abilities. Since the passive has changed... Lower the cost of his abilities: Spinning Axe 40 or 35 (down from 45) mana, Blood Rush 30 (down from 40), Stand Aside 50 (down from 70), Whirling Death 100 (down from 120).

  3. His current passive 'League of Draven' does not loose half the stacks when he dies, OR only looses 25% of the stacks.

That is it. No need to change his other abilities they are fine the way they are. He has CC (its a weak one but its a CC none the less) his E. It also acts as an escape along with his W. Weak CC/Escape is a tradeoff for having the best damage.

well, removing the markers from enemy vision would be a nice buff, i highly highly doubt riot will ever make an adc have energy. I think you have a better chance of catching a meteorite with your teeth then having an energy resource marksman. TBH Draven is in a bit of a weak spot at the moment, his Q doesnt do a heck of a lot in lane compared to some other adc spells, and the fact that he relies very heavily on catching axes means that one random axe that decides to go the opposite way you want reduces your dmg out put a lot. Mid fight, its almost impossible for the average player to maintain one axe, let alone both, so the only players that will see consistent success with Draven over a lot of games will be very high skill players. I don't agree with that at all, considering how easy Jinx is to play, or lucian. I think Draven needs some qol changes to allow a broader spectrum of players to enjoy his Draven-ness

That would make him too OP. Draven is very strong at trading early levels already. I just think that if he misses an axe, he should only lose like 25% of his stack. That would allow him to still have good gold income when he cashes in.

Draven shouldnt lose the stacks he has already earned when he drops an axe because the cost of not having that axe is not being able to make more stacks. On the other hand Draven doesnt really need buffs... hes sorta the adc version of Nasus except ranged with a speed boost. Farm him up until late game and with your extra 65% damage on a spinning axe you can easily do over 2000 damage on a crit. Which is more than enough to one shot an enemy mid-laner or adc.

edit - ha XD i thought it was 65%.... its actually 85%.... yeah he doesnt need buffs

my only issue is why his ult still costs more than 100 mana.
