I have a problem with League pls

Hi guys i have a little problem with League. When i go into a game i have like 120 fps, but after about 20 minutes ingame my frames drop to like 5 and like 0 in teamfights and then i have to restart my game to get better fps again. Please does anyone have or had similar problem and if so do you know how to solve it ??? (btw sry for bad eng) [cass-cry]

i had my fps drop to 0 one game. After that i started running my client as a administrator and i used the hextach tool to make sure all my files were where they were suppose to be
