Glad to see that Zilean is getting a new passive, but it makes me wonder...

is Heimerdinger getting looked at for a new passive as well? Seriously, that thing is USELESS. It doesn't apply to himself Since he is a solo laner, it applying to allies doesn't do anything for him, so his passive may as well read: > "Heimerdinger's turrets regenerate 2/3/4/5/6 health per second at levels 1/5/9/13/17"

There is no reason this shouldn't just be in the turrets base stats. Even Zilean passive is better than that.

Hell, you could even keep it as a buff on his turrets, just give him SOMETHING. Heimerdinger could be a good pick, since he is essentially missing an ability, he is held back a bit.
