Don't nerf steraks values.

increase the cost. this is too underwhealming. while i think its one of the strongest items in the game. but not because you buy it and go rollfaces. because you won't. its an item. i buy almost always on every tank. tanks are already extremely easy to go through now with the adc itemization. but it alows you to be tanky. and deal. maybe not kill threat damage but at least. clear waves. and again. be tanky. a whoping 100 health nerf is too much. make it like. 2800 gold. don't nerf it.
