Matchmaking
When I matchmake, my team always have silver or gold but not the other. Why?

rito matchmaking = well take your MMR value and match you with people who are also very close to that MMR value.
more time = rito searches for people a little further away from your MMR value.
rito sticks the first 5 people it can gets its hands on together which are "close enough" and calls them a team. rito does it again with 5 other people, and takes the average of both teams and says "close enough"
so the longer you wait the more likely the game will be lopsided, in addition to people being varying in rank and MMR.
in addition the more lopsided the average MMR values the more you'll gain/lose, if its really high in your teams favor you'll gain less MMR if you win and lose more MMR if you lose.
