JG please don't ruin up a lane

I see this too many times. Laner dies JG comes in just to die afterwards giving the enemy their 1st item and then never trying to make up for the lane who is getting tower dove to death. Like ffs the least you can do is come afterwards get them a kill and try to even the odds. Or even better come in when you know you can do it.
