Visually impaired individuals

Hello, my name is Christopher, also known as FN Myst. I have been playing LoL for maybe a year now. Over the past year I have gotten increasingly better at LoL, but their is one thing that is constantly holding me back. This is the mini-map, my vision is 20/200 which makes it EXTREMELY HARD to see the mini-map in the bottom right corner of my screen. This is a big impact in the game, and makes it fairly difficult to acquire map awareness. This is a big con which is holding me back from getting any better at the game, and sometimes creates frustrating games for me, and i'm sure other players as well. I constantly have to rely on my friends to inform me when someone is attempting to gank me, thus making it harder for me to play by myself when my friends aren't available. I sure hope their is something that can be done about this. I would greatly appreciate it, I enjoy playing LoL, and would like to take my game-play to the next level if this problem can be resolved.

Perhaps something where the mini-map can be dragged onto a second monitor.
