I'd just like to say that...

There is nothing quite as enjoyable as the sadistic glee you get from playing a Veigar. There's nothing quite like hitting 1000+ AP, watching your ult nuke 4/5s of the enemy team by itself, and saving teammates with a timely stun that turns an entire teamfight. No matter how bad this game might affect me sometimes from the stress of afks, feeders, DCs, and all the toxicity, I know that I can take a few shots, lock in Veigar, and wait for that sweet, sweet level 6 to watch the kills start rolling in. Sure he might be almost all single target. Sure he might have a weak early game. And sure he might be somewhat of a nooby champ. But Veigar's one of a precious few that remind me why I enjoy this game. And he's one of the few champs I've ever seen where people don't even complain when he's beating them. After a certain point it's just funny for everyone.

Good job, Rito. I'm not sure who designed Veigar, or what strange sadistic thoughts were going through their mind when they did, but he's just too damn fun not to play no matter how much utility or AoE other mids might offer for a team comp. Because at the end of the day, Veigar has easy access to the best form of CC in the game.

Because no one can do anything at all if they're dead.

While I'll admit, hitting obscene numbers on the League's favorite black cat is enjoyable.

Sadistic glee is scoring an Ace.... with a summoner 31.

I'd also just like to say there's nothing like walking up to the 16/2 Veigar as Jinx with Banshee's, taking out half his health while he realizes he just did no damage, and easily killing him as he tries to run for his life. It's a fantastic feeling.
