Counterplay the EZ way

2000/3000/4000 radius true sight on champions loaded into Roger's ult allows him to make picks that other champions would have to set up for with vision. Rango knows with all certainty that you are alone and a free kill. other assassins would need to set up 3 wards around their target to gain the same advantage. Rocky E--bola is effectively the only counter to other stealth champs even doesn't get full on vision. I think removal of true sight (keep the normal vison) from his ult would be a good start to open up counterpick options.
