Kog'maw Rework and his Passive
Long story short - change his passive.
I personally don't care what you guys change it to although can think of a few things depending on what you want Kog'maw to achieve such as bonus attack speed if Kog'maw has not moved for 2 seconds (to fit the turret protect the Kog gameplay) or a frenzy attack speed if he falls below a certain % health (to increase his feeding persona).
The issue I have with the current one is that it's a passive that only takes effect when Kog dies. The game has been moving away from such passives as they are an unhealthy game mechanic and the fact remains that players should not be rewarded for making a mistake and dying. You guys have been moving away from such skills first with Zyra's passive, then with Yorick's ultimate. The only ones left (I think) are Kog's and Karthus'.
Karthus is is need of a bigger rework so that can be looked at in a different time, but you guys are currently actively looking at Kog between his full rework and now reverting it. Again there are a number of things you could put for his passive, I encourage something that allows him to differentiate himself from other ADCs like Jinx.
