Post-Teambuilder Matchmaking

First off, I should state that I'm practically the definition of a filthy casual; I play around 2-4 games a week, and only really play support. After a year of being able to exclusively support, my csing is non-existent and I'm rather a liability in any other role.

This was swell, prior to the removal of TB, and I was happy in the games I was matched with. Now I have found myself, as a support primary, bounced top and mid. I did not do well. This is entirely fair, but I can't help foreseeing problems regarding matchmaking. Whilst overall, my skills are somewhere approaching B5, I was comfortably S ranked in my last 2 Nami games. To be honest, I felt somewhat bad, as I felt I had far more experience supporting than my opponent. Are there any plans to implement the role-specific matchmaking promised when TB was launched to other normal game modes?
