The crit damage, since it is unique, does not stack. The AD and crit chance do stack.
It's not worth making 2 of them at all. Your crits will still only deal 250% damage.
Might as well build 
or 
if you're going for crit.

The Unique passive does not, but the rest of its stats do stack.
