Champion Mastery Lv6 and Lv7

Hello friends,

So I'm making this topic/poll because I noticed that I have so many champion mastery tokens that I cannot craft into the mastery's due to lack of blue essence..

Now I know there are Hextech Mystery Champion Shards for 1.7k ip in the store, but let's be honest we all want to buy champions that we don't own yet and test our capabilities with them.

Currently the cap of mastery Lv6 and Lv7 isn't decided by skill but by the amount of blue essence which eventually comes down to buying Hextech Mystery Champion Shards for 195rp/each.

Should we be able to show off our mastery's on the champions we're good at? Or should we have loads of tokens in our loot not being able to show off our skill with the champions we're good at?
