Dragon Buff Changes

"Dragon's Dominance (4 stacks) changed to "You take 30% less damage from turrets" from "+15% damage to Minions and Monsters""

How is this any better than the previous buff? By 4th dragon you probably already have most of the turrets taken down. And if you don't this buff will only help with tower diving, which by late game will be a joke.
