10 bans should be a total of 10 bans, period.

I don't want to play some stupid psychological warfare by hoping the other team bans an overpowered champ and I'm forced to ban an irrelevant champion. Oh if that champion doesn't get banned, the champ will end up into the game. This is nothing but Riot's big initiative to bring RNG elements and mini-games into League. I'm getting sick of this non-sense.
