Ezreal support

Tl; dr Build: Frostfang, Sorc Shoes, Lich, Ludens, Hextech Revolver (then probably gunblade+void) Runes: Klepto, stopwatch, biscuits, TWT, manaflow+gathering storm Max: W Q E

Over time, frostfang ezreal support has gotten better, and while he doesn't have a CC ability, he definitely has the poke damage and scaling. Before his W rework he was pretty bad, after klepto got nerfed it was gutter tier, but his new W is really good, frostfang is now really good, and I'd argue Klepto is in an okay spot.

Things have shifted, and like they allowed for Ezreal to become a jungler in the past, I think they've allowed him to shift into support

Frostfang gives you a little on-hit damage when you land your Q, your Q's also generate a lot of gold. In lane you want to W max and harass when the enemy adc goes for minions. Your W damage is really good and the proc applies 2 instances of frostfang gold and on hit damage

The whole idea of this build is to have a lot of on-hit magic damage on your Q, and a lot of damage on you W E and R. You want to buy Frostfang, Lich, Ludens, Hextech Revolver and Sorc Shoes in pretty much any order as long as sorc shoes are 3rd at latest. That's going to be your core build, and the damage is honestly really good, you can oneshot squishies with WQ, ult is really good in fights too, the build isn't too expensive, especially since you can farm like a champion almost (if you hit stuff). It's 9400 gold so definitely attainable as a support in most games

Most poke supports have a CC ability they can rely on, Zyra root, Brand stun, Vel knockup etc. and Ezreal doesn't have that. It's his main weakness, he relies on his poke to keep enemies from all inning, and his damage to go even in all ins. I've tried this a few times and gotten really far ahead, and was handing over kills to my AD, but I think if you fall behind you might have trouble

It's really fun though
