Lucian is ridiculously powerful.

Ok, so first of all, before anyone starts randomly cursing me out and calling me an idiot, I've fought many Lucians in the past and have almost never beat one. Why do I think he's so powerful? Okay well let's see. 1. His passive does ridiculous damage once u hit level three, as you can keep resetting it by spamming abilities. 2. His dash. It has an arguably low cooldown once you start to level up, and it is easily reset with your passive shots. Because it resets his passive, he can dash a lot and deal immense damage. And the most op thing about him is the ult. Sure, it may be a slightly narrow hit box, but it makes up for it that he can move during it, and the total damage is insane. Of course ults like MFs do more, but you can't get out of Lucians ult so easily, since he can just copy your movements, and dash to you during it, unloading a ridiculous amount of damage that can take down anyone from a great range. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe he's easily countered. But I think he's at least above the margin of average power.
