Played Jax top into new ryze and what the fuck can i do. He spammed his abilities like it was URF, and just wasn't able to do anything like there was no counter play. I swear riot remake champs to make them fun to play and fun to play against but i assure you that was definitely not fun to play against, late game he did the same thing but with a lot more damage. I'd like to point out he had 0% CDR so this isn't a matter of his runes. Why are riot investing time to make some bullshit rework when he got reworked a year ago and while was exactly balanced there was more you could do than this fucker of a champ escpecially when Yorick still hasn't been reworked among others

new Ryze is good yea but he has way too many counters like gangplank in top lane also viktor in mid lane which are mostly picked

He is supposed to spam spells. He is a ranged top laner. Sorry you got zoned.

I have a simple question for you. Without looking at his page at League's Wiki, can you tell me what his cooldowns are? I'll make it simple: just tell me in which order his skills are, from highest cooldown to lowest cooldown.

Just wait for another rework in a half a year.With his kit ryze will never be balanced.He needs full rework ,like sion.

New ryze is in a weird place with his win rate still sitting between 30-40% right now.

People keep saying he's OP, and people keep doing bad with him. Like with previous updates to him, it might be a case of people feeling he's underpowered at first and then once people actually master his new combos faker will proceed to dominate worlds with him, but right now the winrate is simultaneously the lowest in the game and also people are complaining about OPness, so that's odd.
